« They did a bait-and-switch with the rooms and did not get me the room that I had ordered and laid for. Instead I got a terrible room behind the stage if the wedding hall, which was clearly only for staff, Room C4. I have pictures of how much junk I had to walk through, including squeezing between scaffolding several times. The room had no TV or phone, and the bathroom smelled like mold. There were two rooms, one of which had no air conditioning. I demanded the kind of room that I ordered, and...

« Unfortunately reception was worst. I asked laundry service 2 days before my checkout. Even though I confirmed whether I can receive laundry before my checkout or not and they replied “Yes”, I couldn’t get laundry when checked out.
Reception said laundry can be provided 1 hour later but I left hotel because of another meeting.
I asked reception that I came back 3 pm and give me laundry.
