Brief thoughts
The location is excellent for the town and sights. Bit difficult to find on arrival by car and perhaps map would be helpful. My sat nav did not show no access streets. Also anyone with a larger SUV or the like will find the entrances and car parking tricky.

Just perfect in every way
I would have given this property 6 stars if I could - 5 for the property and 1 for the brilliant support and communications from the property owner Sharon. The pictures on line are lovely but the property is nicer than they portray - it is so comfortable and perfect for a trip away. And it is located in such a great place with a very short walk over the bridge and you are in the town centre. Don't hesitate to book and you just know that Sharon would be there to help if there were any problems. Thanks again and we will be back and recommend to friends. Thank you.

House was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated and well equipped. The location is an easy walk into the city and it was great to have free private parking plus a permit for on street parking - great for two couples. The local area was quiet as was the courtyard of houses. Recommended for a convenient and comfortable visit to a lovely city.

Luxurious apt close to everything!
This is a great place - furnished with lovely extravagant taste. Close to everything - yet it's quiet and secluded. Large laundry room; beautiful kitchen; 3 large and lovely bedrooms. Everything was spotless and perfectly suited to a short or long stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. Loved it!

Great apartment
Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location just a few minutes walk from the centre of York. Host Sharon was brilliant answering any questions we had prior to visit. Will definitely book again next time we are in York.

Beautiful, modern, spacious apartment steps away from York center
We loved everything about the apartment. It has a new and modern feel. Communication from the owners was top class. The only note is that it was a bit hard to find the place, as Google Maps did not know the exact address. We ended up entering 10 Bishophill Senior, York and then walking 30 steps to the courtyard and finding number 10 in there.

Ideal place for a city break
Sharon's townhouse is located in the city and close enough to walk to all the main city attractions. The house is clean, tidy and well appointed. All necessary amenities are thoughtfully provided. I'll happily stay here at my next visit.

Our stay at Sharon’s house was wonderful. Could not believe how quiet it was and only a five minute walk to the city. We never used our car at all as everything was so close to us. We met Sharon’s cleaning lady and she could not have been more helpful. Lovely and very friendly lady who put a smile on our faces lol. Would highly recommend this house for a holiday to anyone. The townhouse was roomy and quiet and well situated for quick walking access to all the sights. The only thing we would have liked to find were basics like salt & pepper, oil and a few spices so we could have cooked breakfast. Nevertheless, we had no shortage of delicious food choices so it wasn’t really an issue. Sharon was easy to communicate with.

Excellent Stay in York
We enjoyed a wonderful two nights at this extremely spacious and well-appointed townhouse. The layout provides plenty of room for a large family to spread out, and the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. We were very impressed by the condition of the property. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids, complete with bunk beds and a small TV just for them. The kitchen was huge and contained everything we would have needed, and the separate laundry room with washer and dryer was a great bonus. Check-in was a breeze, and the owner was very communicative and responsive to our questions. The location is tough to beat, an easy 10-minute walk to virtually any part of the city center. When we make a return trip to York, this will certainly be the first property we search for!

We had an amazing stay!
We had a great stay. The home was easy to access with a car. We had a parking space right out front. We walked all over York and never even needed to drive our car until we left. The home is clean and spacious. It even has a washer and dryer! We had 2 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space. The host was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay again if the property is available the next time we come to York.

Just on the edge of the city centre. 5 mins walk to the Dungeons then into the centre of York. Perfectly situated to be so close yet so quiet on an evening. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. Everything you need and more. Highly recommended.
