« Cousin camp 2025. This property had everything our big family needed. Plenty of space, plenty of activities at the house and right on the Toccoa river made it easy for our kayaking adventurers to start from the property or end at the property. This was by far the cleanest rental we have ever had!!! Check in was easy and the location was beautiful!!! »

« My family of four truly enjoyed our stay here! The home was really clean and so comfortable. Everything we needed was there, including a Keurig and K-cups for us to enjoy coffee throughout our stay. We have stayed at many rentals and this one was stocked with supplies that were easy to find. The kids liked the game room. Arcade games are fun, but we appreciated and liked that there were plenty of board games, a dart board, shuffle board, and a foosball table to keep them off devices. « The home is a short drive to downtown Helen and activities making it convenient for our family who had three toddlers who needed naps. Also having sleeping areas on three levels allowed for the adults continued activities during the nap times. The home sits on a very steep mountain side so we had to keep an eye on the toddlers as there isn’t the ability for outdoor play but we spent outdoor time enjoying the fun around Helen. Parking was a bit of a challenge but we were able to get four vehicles...
