The pool area was nice since it was all windows and even just sitting in there was relaxing even if you didn't swim.

I did not like the pool it was cold they said it was heated and I stayed here for that main reason for the pool and then couldn't even swim in it

The rooms have paper thin walls so if somebody's next to you and they have their temp set high you get hot in you're room and also you hear everything

Given a room 2nd floor no elevator so lug your luggage up the steps through 4 doors. Open the room door a roach greeted us. I go to turn on the bathroom light and the switch is broken. Husband sat on the bed and nearly went to the floor mattress was awful. We tried to decided to leave he we went into the shower to see how well it might work omg it wouldn’t even pull up from the tub looked up the shower wasn’t connected and the ceiling was covered in mold. Yep we gathered our bags and went down to check out and all they kept saying it was just recently remodeled. I work construction and if that is recently remodeled I would hate to see it before. Thank goodness I used Hotel.com party and was refunded. SHOULD NOT BE ON HOTEL .COM list.

Rooms were nicely remodeled. Our only complaint would be the coffee and juice machines for breakfast were both not working. They did have a coffee pot they made coffee in. I am assuming these will fixed in the near future. We would stay again.

They were in the middle of remodeling. Thats the only reason I gave them 4 out of 5. Staff was amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet. They began a remodel but it is only partial. For example, the bathroom was painted and had a new toilet and shower curtain and rod, but the encasement for the tub/shower was old and cracked and the facet was old. The switch to go from tub to shower didn’t put all the water to the shower so the pressure was low. The new paint job was incomplete with areas not painted. A new mirror was installed but you can see the outline of the old one. They didn’t paint around it. Also, while the filters were clean for the a/c, it still smelled musty. The room was well cleaned except dust in the a/c, but the removable filters were perfectly clean. I tipped the housekeeping because I appreciated the cleanliness. The beds and pillows and bedding were clean and comfortable. It is a smoke free hotel which I loved but employees smoked near the entrance which seemed contrary. They are working on things and are nearly there. Hopefully, they will complete it and it will be an even better place to stay.

The room was dirty. I didn’t even want to walk on the floor barefooted. The bed was very uncomfortable. The staff was great though. This property just needs a total remodel.

Lots of people outside. I assume those staying at the motel. Perhaps the brushes around the building should be trimmed. Front desk clerk was great—personable and friendly.

Remodeling work seems to be in progress. Parking lot is oddly shaped. I used the exercise room and it was very dusty. The tv didn’t work and the sanitizer wipes were dry. They upgraded me at checking and that was nice but I will stay elsewhere when in the area.

Service not so good. Booked a king size bed room and they said i booked a queen pet room. They did not accommodate my booking. I traveled solo no pets. Wanted a king bed and they refused. Breakfast was also not so good. They did not keep it full. Was out of eggs day 1 and i was down there early. Disappointed to say the least! They seemed they didnt want to accommodate me at all! And it wont let me add photos to my review

Older but well maintained
Hallway smelt like sushi. Even though on 1st floor drapes would not close for privacy. Had to use a hair clapse to hold drives closed. Overall dated property but well maintained.

A lot of lights in parking area where out… trash was everywhere…the floor in our room was so dirty my white sock where dirty black just walking around room… the exercise room was so very hot, there was no air conditioning in the room at all.. the good was everything worked… we had no problems with anything….

Very accommodating. The pool area is beautiful and kept nice and clean. Even with still making renovations and upgrades, nothing was dirty/dusty from construction. There is no elevator to the second floor. If you have heavy bags, you will be carrying them up 2 flights of steps.

The room was not completely ready at an 8:30pm check in. Floor was sticky, limited towels, cable tv worked occasionally and the bathroom sink was rotted. The checkin staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would give this a 3 or 4 of 10. Very disappointing!
