Both sinks were missing the drain plug, and of course, something fell in there that had to be fished out. Unacceptable. There is no door to the bathroom vanity, no privacy from rest of room. Both the hand soap and tissues were empty. The mattresses needed replacing, we both slept in sunken spots. Decor was very nice and room was spacious. Parking on the 2nd night was a nightmare due to events. It was freezing and the lighting was inadequate for the trek from the only area that was left to park. Of course, it was near the one entrance that was closed off due to building construction. If you’re a guest, you shouldn’t need a reservation to eat in the restaurant. They reluctantly seated us and it took 20 minutes for any service, another 30 to get a salad and appetizer (both were very good).
