Spacious Layout and ComfortThis modern villa features 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, where comfort, luxury and space come together. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family and friends. Thanks to the smart layout, everyone enjoys plenty of privacy while still being able to spend quality time together. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedrooms upstairs have an airconditioning for the warmer summer evenings. 

Would you like to stay with a larger group? Then there is a sofa bed available on the landing, making the villa suitable for up to 8 people.



Modern Kitchen and Cozy Living AreaThe open-plan kitchen with cooking island invites you to enjoy cozy evenings together with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Quooker tap, induction hob, steam oven, combi oven and a Nespresso machine.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the stylish sitting area offers the perfect place to relax together. Whether you end the day with a good conversation, a glass of wine or a fun board game, this is where memorable evenings are spent in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.



Enjoying the Water and Relaxation in the Hot TubThe garden is located at the rear of the villa, where you can fully enjoy the outdoors. As the icing on the cake, the hot tub offers the ultimate relaxation, allowing you to unwind with a view of the water. Additionally, you can fully enjoy long, atmospheric evenings outdoors. You will find two fire tables in the garden. A gas cylinder is provided for this, but we cannot guarantee that it will be filled upon arrival. If the gas cylinder is empty, you are responsible for having it refilled at a nearby supplier. Furthermore, the villa features a Kamado BBQ XL, perfect for elaborate dinners. On the upper terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view and a quiet spot in the sun. For extra comfort during warm summer evenings, mosquito nets are present both downstairs and in the master bedroom.
