« This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! « Pet friendly, close to the attractions I was interested in. A lot of confusion at first, probably my fault for not fully understanding the listing. The home address is for the main house on the property not the carriage house I rented. This was confusing to me when I arrived in the dark. Host and I were able to sort it out the next day. Will consider renting again in the future, except there is no washer, dryer or iron in the property which I didn’t realize when booking. »
