Welcome to the Gunscheras holiday home - on the sunny outskirts of Brail, a modern holiday home awaits you in a fantastic, quiet location - completely free of traffic noise. Enjoy spacious rooms, a large, beautiful garden and unobstructed views of the impressive Engadin mountains. The holiday home is ideally located for hiking, biking, snowshoeing and, in particular, cross-country skiing. Access to the cross-country ski trails is available directly from the holiday home.
The PostBus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home. Zernez and Zuoz (shopping facilities, railway station) can be reached in about 10 minutes by car/PostBus. Alternatively, you can indulge in culinary delights from the region at the gourmet restaurants of the IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau, which is just a few minutes' walk away.
If required, a small house with sleeping accommodation for two people (as well as its own bathroom and kitchen) can be rented in addition, provided it is not already rented out elsewhere. It is located on the same property. The additional rent is CHF 100.00 per day.
The cleaning fee is CHF 180.00 per stay (including one set of bed linen). If you rent the small house, the cleaning fee is CHF 250.00 per stay. If you would like an additional change of bed linen, you will be charged CHF 100.00.
The vacation home impresses with its cozy, bright interior, which creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The open-plan living area offers plenty of space to relax, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bedrooms are functionally furnished and allow for a restful night's sleep. Overall, the house is well-maintained and friendly, immediately giving you a feeling of being at home.
