„This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented. Yet very professional, and keep a healthy distance to the clients. The pools are beautiful. Unfortunately, -although we did not move out for a second out of the hotel over the 5 days we spent in Ixtapa - my partner and I got very sick on the last day, and worse on the way back to Europe. I cannot tell what it was, but it must ...

„If I could have given more than a 5-star rating, I would have. The hotel only has 4 rooms (we were the only guests due to low season) and has an incredible view of Zihautanejo Bay from everywhere on the property. It's also walking distance to a couple of top restaurants down the hill. The real difference for us was the staff at the hotel. It seemed their only concern was to make sure we had the best time possible. So thank you Chai, Carmen and Salvador for making this truly special.“

You can participate in activities and eat there, but you are not forces and nice beach restaurants and others are just a few minutes away. The whole place is in top shape and exceptionally nice. „Im Hotel Irma fühlen Sie sich sofort willkommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pazifik nur paar Schritte vom wunderschönen Pool entfernt. Die Bilder im Internet geben die Wirklichkeit nicht wieder, das Hotel ist ein kleines Juwel. Wir empfehlen es weiter und wir kommen gerne wieder.“
