« This was a perfect location for the family we visited in Yakima. The backyard of this house was perfect for our little family gathering on Easter. Lots of room and grass to play cornhole and kickball! The house was very clean and had everything that was needed. They had dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner, and even K-cups for the coffee and extra toilet paper and paper towels. So many VRBOs we have stayed at skimp on this. Not Joe!! Joe was very communicative about the home and how to use...

« Dale and Debbie, property owners, have a very well-kept unit with comfortable beds, upgraded linens, living and dining area, and a well-stocked kitchen including a variety of spices, coffee, tea, and water. The unit is in a safe neighborhood with nearby grocery, dining, wineries, and brew pubs. The owners were very responsive. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at and would stay here again when in the area. »

« Shared this house with our long time friends for a soccer tournament. The communication even prior to booking was great, all the way to check out. This was my first time using VRBO, and may never use a hotel again. House was clean, and just like it looks like in the photos, nice neighborhood, and was great for our party of 8. 5 adults, 3 teens. »

« Home was exactly as described. Very comfortable and convenient for a long weekend. Host was friendly, communicative and helpful. This was a great alternative to staying in a hotel while in town for a basketball tournament and we really enjoyed visiting Yakima! »

« The place was perfect, as far as the condo. The night before we left I asked if we could leave three hours after normal checkout. I was told, "Yes. But, it will cost you $30 per hour." I was not given a reason for the additional charge of $90. I also had checked and there was no one checking in the day we left. I told him I was not interested. We had already paid for the three nights and this seemed a bit extreme. I sent message asking for 90 minutes without being charged and was offered 60...
