Hotel Zimmerman

« It was clean. I had an Amazing time! Thank you »

« The bathroom did not have grab bars in the shower. My husband has balance issues & it was tricky to get in & out of the shower. Also both mornings in the breakfast area the ran out of pancake/waffle batter. It is a favorite for a lot of people. The staff did refill it once we told them. »

« The owners were the nicest people I’ve ever met! The space was clean and welcoming. I enjoyed the privacy and the beautiful views! I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back again. »

« For its price, very spacious room, cleanliness, amazing staff, room with microwave and refrigerator, is a really am amazing deal. Highly recommended and we will keep coming back. A special bonus and pleasant surprise is the magnificent sunrise in the parking lot. This is also close to the various places that we want to visit. Maybe, point of recommendation is just to change the beige carpet of the room because it looks a bit outdated. Overall, I will still give this an excellent review. »

« Clean room. »

« Great family vacation! The water park was perfect for us! Do be warned you only get 4 wristbands! We don’t know sadly but it all worked out »

« I read many comments about this hotel and I was expecting worse but it was Ok for the price. »

« The hotel was modern, comfortable & friendly staff. Easy access to shopping & restaurants »

« I wish it was better. The location was amazing! None of the door keys worked in everyone's room door, it was a struggle to get in each time. The front desk lady even struggled to help us in and several others in our group. Our drain in the shower was not draining so the front desk had to dump chemicals down the drain while we were there. Also, the tools used to clean out the drain were left in our bathroom. The hot tub was not working and was shut down. The carpet in our room had stains all over...

« The location was convenient and just beyond the twin cities. Overall the room was clean, but it didnt appear to have had the floors vacuumed or cleaned since the previous stay. The phone in the room did not work to make room to room calls. The toilet seat was also loose. I communicated the issues to the front desk person when we checked out and he mentioned the hotel being scheduled for renovations. Breakfast was good and the lady making sure things were replenished was very kind and helpful. »
