« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500. »

« Nice hotel with all comfort that I expected »

« The room was very clean, however, the hotel was under construction. All three floors had construction going on, even in the hallways. Carpet was being laid, and I found numerous wood screws lying on the hallway, and one screw in the room. If I had stepped on one, it would have gone through the sole of my sneaker. One overhead light fixture in our room was missing the cover and the light bulbs. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom looked new but was coming loose from the wall. There were...

« This hotel was great! I really liked the location which is a short drive from downtown but with easy parking and a lot less congestion. It is connected to the green belt trail which is a nice plus. They have several onsite eateries and I close to many others. The rooms are very spacious with modern designs. Shout out to Brenda at the front desk for the warm welcome! »

« Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent except for the first day the front desk lady showed a don't really care attitude if you stay here or not. Asked about the bus to town she said its a stop out there offered no info as far as cost or exactly where the stop was. Just nothing welcoming attitude. The other personnel were great a lady ensured I found my room when it looked like I was lost. The lady that setup the breakfast was really nice. »
