„We stay 2 nights at panorama inn. Artur and his wife are very friendly. Artur help us a lot to arrange UBER , explain every information you need. „First off, this is a favela, and it’s amazing. The views are unreal, the space is comfortable, and it’s easy to just stay here all day and not want to leave. That said, it *is* still a favela, so come prepared. If you have multiple bags, use Google Translate to arrange a motorbike or van to get up the hill. "This hotel doesn’t deserve its five-star rating and needs serious renovation. It’s a massive property overrun with noisy tourists and families. Pros: Spacious, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Cons: Slow, undersized elevators. Restaurant feels like a cruise ship cafeteria. You must cross a busy highway to reach the beach (with long traffic light waits), and there’s no beach service. Severely understaffed with long check-in/check-out lines. Staff is compartmentalized and inefficient despite being helpful. Verdict: Skip it unless you’re on a tight budget. This is not a five-star experience.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"
