« Everything was really perfect and lovely »

« When I arrived, I was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t function (I had planned to go swimming every day but it's just not possible). But after spending three nights at XMAN, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The real highlight is the staff—they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensure you enjoy your stay in Zhangjiajie. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and I always felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, just a short...

« Great place to stay, minutes walk to the East gate of Wulingyuan scenaric sites. Lots of eateries. Exceeded expectations! »

« The views from the pool and windows are stunning. It sits up on the hillside, so it is quiet and rural, and there are not many dining options nearby. »

« Apart from being exceptionally clean and situated in a great location, the service here was outstanding from the start. As soon as we booked, the staff responded promptly to all our questions. Upon check-in, they took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Feifei was especially helpful in planning and booking our daily excursions. Coming back to our room each afternoon to find fresh tea and treats waiting for us was a wonderful touch. The entire team was warm, attentive, and made us...
