Alles, wirklich alles, war Perfekt.

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer. Aufgrund starker Hitze fiel mehrfach der Strom (somit auch die Klimaanlage) aus, was das Personal sehr gut managte. Dank Notstromaggregat funktionierte abgesehen von den Klimaanlagen alles. Frühstück in Ordnung. Achtung bei der Buchung von Zimmern mit Blick in den Innenhof: das Fenster ist extrem klein, weshalb in das Zimmer fast kein Licht kommt.

One of the biggest assets of the hotel is the staff who were friendly and accommodating before we even arrived. During our stay, every single member of staff was helpful, friendly and it felt genuine. A huge shout out to Nataliia on the Guest Relations team who went the extra mile to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel is exceptionally clean with amazing facilities. Although not everything is open yet, what is open is of a very high standard and the additional upcoming facilities will just enhance the hotel even further. The rooms were of a good size with balconies that have lovely views. Breakfast was exceptional. So much choice and of a very good quality. We ate in the bar and around the pool and all of the food we had was delicious and very reasonably priced. Pool areas are great and so are the spa and the gym (though the gym could do with being a little cooler). Only thing I could fault was the indoor pool and hot tub which were freezing! Yes there’s building work still going on and there are some facilities that aren’t open yet but none of this took away from a brilliant stay. We will definitely return in the future.

Super schöne Suit (Anne). Super nettes Personal. Tolles Frühstück. Top Lage. Ich komme bestimmt wieder.

Das Zimmer war sauber, wir waren nie beim Frühstück, es gab einen Spar gegenüber und Kaffee Maschine im Zimmer.
