The location is simply perfect: set right by the river, the hotel offers a unique, peaceful, and elegant atmosphere while still being close to the city’s most beautiful areas. To fall asleep and waking up every day to that stunning riverside view truly elevated my entire stay. What truly sets the Mandarin Oriental apart is the impeccable quality of service. The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the warm welcome at the reception, to the thoughtful porters, and the housekeeping team who take care of every detail... every member of the staff went above and beyond. You can feel that they are fully dedicated to ensuring your comfort and well-being...thanks again to them ! A memorable stay, defined by a dream location and an exceptional team. La literie très confortable. Le club lounge très agréable et calme. La proximité avec des centres commerciaux. Hotel 5étoiles un peu ancien qui mériterait un raffraichissement.
