I loaded approximately 800 lari onto my card and spent it all playing games. When I asked the staff for alcohol, they all frowned, and after a while, they said I had no balance left for alcohol at the counter. I've never had this problem at any other hotel I've stayed at; I've always loaded much lower balances onto my card and never had any issues with alcohol or service.
