Great exotic place.

Un des hotels les plus charmants que nous avons visités : - Tres bien situé dans la vieille ville, tout est a quelques minutes à pied - Bâtiment historique avec des pièces d’art magnifiques et un style colonial qui vous fait oublier l’époque moderne - Super petit déjeuner hyper varié Rien à dire sur le service ou le personnel était aux Petits soins

We had a wonderful stay at the Charleston ! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old Cartagena (we had a view on the walls). We really enjoyed the warm welcome by the staff. When it comes to the room, it was so comfortable (especially the beds which were hard to leave in the morning) and really clean. The AC is a bit too noisy though, should be fixed. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide range of food and everything so fresh ! The food at dinner was delicious as well. Also, the view from the rooftop is just breathtaking, a 360° view on the city ! The spa staff should also be praised for its professionalism, treatments were great ! In general, the staff was really efficient, just some mistakes on the bill but they were fixed eventually. Finally, I’d like to thank Luisa from the guest service who brought us essential help to finalize our Colombian journey. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll come back for sure !
