Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, zum Teil neue Möbel im Zimmer. Frühstück sehr gut . Nicht gemütlich aber ein super freundlicher Service. Der Pool im Sommer sicher wichtig. Es gibt noch eine kleine Sauna und ein Dampfbad, man kann sich einen privaten Slot buchen. Leider nur 30 Min Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, für 19 Euro am Tag (sehr eng) Die Lage top ! 300 Meter zur Croisset Ein paar Restaurants und ein kleiner Minisupermarkt ums Eck. Preis Leistung haben uns überzeugt, würden es wieder buchen.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Les Roches Rouges. What makes this hotel so exceptional is its unique location right by the sea. Even during the busy summer season, we always found peaceful spots with breathtaking sea views to relax and enjoy our days by the water. What stood out most, however, was the lovely hospitality. From the moment we arrived, Romane and her entire Front Desk team made us feel genuinely welcome. Our stay began with a delightful personal tour by one of Romane’s colleagues (whose name I unfortunately don't remember), who introduced us to the hotel's facilities and even to some of the team members along the way. It was such a thoughtful and personal gesture that immediately made us feel at home. We also had a wonderful evening at La Chicoula. The team created a wonderfully relaxed yet attentive atmosphere, and we thoroughly enjoyed a delicious dinner. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so memorable – we will gladly return.

Eine kleine Bar ist vorhanden, wir wurden aber ignoriert und entsprechend nicht bedient! Der Frühstückraum ist so überfüllt dass man nicht einmal zu seinem Platz kommt ohne andere Gäste zu stören.

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist super.

Newly renovated rooms, big marple bathroom, good matresses, nice furnitures. The breakfast buffet is imppressive, the food varity and freshness is extraordinary. Very friendly and supporttive stuff. The associated Dama Restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Excellent stay at this beautiful and historic hotel. The location is perfect, and the rooms are charming, elegant, and very comfortable. The dining experience at the restaurant was exceptional. We truly appreciated the beautiful interior, the warm hospitality, and the unique atmosphere of this magical place. Every detail contributed to making our stay even more memorable. The service was outstanding. The staff specially Elissa were highly professional and consistently went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. It was truly a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to return in the future.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a serious hygiene issue. After our first night, we found several small silver bugs in our bed. We immediately reported the problem to reception and showed them a video. The bed linen was changed while we were out, which suggested that our complaint had been acknowledged. However, after the second night, we again found the same type of bugs in the bed. We took additional photos and videos, clearly showing that the problem had not been resolved. As the room had to be paid in full at check-out, we expected the hotel to review the matter afterwards and offer an appropriate refund following such a serious complaint. Instead, they rejected our request and even referred to "a moth on your pillow" in their reply. This was simply incorrect. The issue was repeated bugs in the bed on two consecutive nights, documented with photos and videos. This review is not about the location or the reception staff, both of which were very good. It is about cleanliness and the hotel's handling of a legitimate complaint. A clean, pest-free bed is one of the most basic expectations when staying at any hotel. It's a real shame, because the hotel has an excellent location and the reception team were genuinely pleasant. However, cleanliness and how a hotel responds to legitimate guest concerns are just as
