Arriving at the hotel, the first contact is "go away with your motorbike to the parking area". Cars can stay in the drive way and vietnamese with their motorcycles, but as a foreigner, always a problem. Sure i ignore such behavior because i only want to do the check in. Next is waiting for the room, it's not ready (at 2pm). Then there were no "free water bottles" in the room, only the next day. First Breakfast: my special request as a vegetarian was totally ignored. Asking to meet the hotel manager: failed. Coming back to my room in the evening, it wasn't made up, had to ask for it. Guest experience: worst possible
