Bang Kachao : Vacances romantiques

Overall, everything was very good, with excellent value for money and helpful, friendly staff. However, I was disappointed that a specific request I made was simply ignored. I got the impression that it was easier for the hotel to disregard the request rather than make an effort to accommodate it, and that guests booking directly are somehow preferred over those booking through Hotels.com. This is a shame, as it takes away from the overall experience and falls short of what you would expect from a five-star hotel, especially when you have been staying at the property for years. My overall experience was still positive despite this disappointment.

Large and comfortable suite, fantastic view, amazing breakfast, and very kind staff. This was my fourth stay at Lebua Club Tower. On the down side, room decoration is now a bit old. I’ve seen that some rooms are being refurbished (although with a massive price increase if you select these rooms).

Service , localisation , piscine au TOP , merci a toute l equipe
