我因四季酒店喜欢上这个地方。但这次入住丽晶酒店，用户体验很不好：硬件方面，新装修比之前使用便捷上来说差很多，很多设施比如行政酒廊都未开通；服务上，房间冰箱里空空当当，两瓶水两瓶啤酒和两瓶饮料，没有见到房间服务，没有之前的欢迎卡片，餐厅价格昂贵。请服务台打印一张新冠检测报告也收3.5人民币；走的时候请叫出租车，平板坏了叫不了…… 在这么好的地段，提供这么不专业的酒店服务，真的可惜了！

I had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The location is simply perfect: set right by the river, the hotel offers a unique, peaceful, and elegant atmosphere while still being close to the city’s most beautiful areas. To fall asleep and waking up every day to that stunning riverside view truly elevated my entire stay. What truly sets the Mandarin Oriental apart is the impeccable quality of service. The staff are incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. From the warm welcome at the reception, to the thoughtful porters, and the housekeeping team who take care of every detail... every member of the staff went above and beyond. You can feel that they are fully dedicated to ensuring your comfort and well-being...thanks again to them ! A memorable stay, defined by a dream location and an exceptional team. I recommend it without hesitation.
