Ibiza: All-inclusive-Urlaub

It’s a beautiful hotel with great staff. Usually, I always stayed at Ushuaïa, but this time I chose the Palladium Select. As I said, everything was perfectly fine. However, on the day of my departure, most of Ibiza was flooded. Many roads were closed — but not all. Friends of mine were staying in a rather inexpensive hotel in Ibiza Town, and that hotel faced the same problems. Still, their guests were taken to the airport. Especially in a 5-star resort, I expect solutions even in difficult situations — not a simple “it’s not possible.” “We can’t do that,” “we don’t have that,” “it’s not possible,” etc., are things I don’t expect to hear in any 5-star resort, no matter where I am in the world. The fact that it was possible is proven by the fact that I eventually walked myself along a small road leading to DC10 and continued from there to the airport. On the main road to the airport, traffic was chaotic, yes, but the road wasn’t closed — just like many others weren’t either. In this situation, the hotel should have come up with solutions instead of refusals.

Sehr luxuriöser Aufenthalt! Alles war top vom Service übers Essen bis zu den Zimmern. Signature Level hat sich gelohnt mit dem kostenlosen Eintritt ins Ushuaïa und anderen Clubs und dem Dine-out programm. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

The room was very dirty when we moved in. So we had many long hairs on the floor and especially in the bathroom and shower. After we talked to the reception, the cleaning team came again. After this second „cleaning“ it was a little bit better, but especially was furthermore dirty.

Sehr schöne Anlage , ruhig und schön in der Bucht gelegen. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Zimmer schön und sauber.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die ganze Anlage immer sauber! Vor allem der Guest Service war besonders aufmerksam und freundlich!

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nicht schön war, dass alle Liegen besetzt waren und schon früh am Morgen reserviert worden sind. So etwas kennen wir eigentlich nicht. Der überwiegende Teil der Gäste hat dieses so getätigt. Das Hotelpersonal war stets bemüht. Es ist sehr fragwürdig wieso man trotz Signature Level noch eine Liege für 100 Euro am Pool hinzu buchen muss um einen Platz zu bekommen? Ansonsten hat uns das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden einen weiteren Aufenthalt dort verbringen.

Gute Lage. Die Liegen am Strand, die auf den Bildern gezeigt werden gehören zum angrenzenden Beach Club und müssen separat bezahlt werden. Das Hotel ist sehr laut. Man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern.
