„Everything was really good in this apartment! The location is nice and in a safe environment. Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and our Host Javier was super nice, reliable and responded fast to everything we texted him! Restaurants and a Publix supermarket is nearby and can be reached within 10-15 minutes of walking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are big and the balcony was a very nice addition! „This property is a perfect spot for a vacation in south Florida. The room itself is lovely, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is delightful with lots of interesting restaurants, bakeries and shops. It was a central location for visiting Biscayne and Everglades national parks and enjoying the Miami area. We loved the neighborhood in the evening! We would definitely stay here again.“

„Condo was clean and spacious. Great location. End unit with beautiful views of the ocean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay here again. Only downside were the elevators. Two weren’t working on our last day and we had to walk down nine flights. That was fine for us but for an older couple it could be challenging.“

„Cory's condo was perfect for our trip to Miami for a wedding. We stayed extra days on either side of the wedding and we had the flexibility of eating "at home" or going out and it was wonderful to have that option. Coconut Grove is a wonderful location for walking and eating and it was close enough to Calle Ocho that we walked although the walk back was tougher in the late afternoon heat. „Tolle Anlage, guter Kontakt zu Joe, wir hatten Zimmer 2108/1. Letztes Jahr war es 2107 welches größer aber zu unserem Termin ausgebucht war. Beide Zimmer sind im 21. Stock. Die Schubladen rochen etwas muffig, waren aber sauber. Die Matratze war etwas weich, leider nicht geteilt und es gab nur eine große Zudecke für beide, aber da gewöhnt man sich dran. Ansonsten war alles TOP! Wenn Miami, dann buchen wir wieder hier.“
