„We loved staying here! It was perfect for all of our family ages two through 70! It was a wonderful layout of the house as well as the pool. We used the dock for our 32’ boat and it was great! There were wonderful things for children in terms of toys and games! It was set up just like they say in the advertisement. The grill was perfect for our needs! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it!“

„We wanted to be by the beach for mother’s day weekend and this was the perfect location for us. the bedrooms were awesome. two full bathrooms for privacy if needed,washer and dryer,outdoor seating area and so much more. there were also beach chairs and umbrellas and toys so you don’t even need to bring anything“

„I was a nice set up, the house is big and the pool was the highlight for my grandkids. The only down side, I am sorry to say, was the floor. it was dirty and my grandkids like being barefooted. Other than that, it was a great experience, spending time with the family, barbecuing, cooking together and going to the beach as well.“

B. wie man die Haustür schließt und auch wie die Haushaltsgeräte zu bedienen sind (Herd,Backofenetc) Für Nichtamerikaner war das nicht so einfach. Eine benutze und verdreckte Kaffemaschine,die wir im Küchenschrank vorfanden, war auch nicht so toll… Die Ausstattung ansonsten war recht gut. Nett wäre auch gewesen, wenn die Vermieterin sich noch etwas mal gemeldet hätte, war so doch eher recht unpersönlich …“

„The property from the outside did not look real promising. The grass was very long and needed to be cut. The house itself was fine and as expected. Plenty of room. The bath towels need to be refreshed because many of them were ripped up and there were not enough wash clothes and hand towels. The air conditioner took a really long time to cool. We enjoyed our stay though.“

„We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with cooking needs. Beach chairs, cooler, and inflatable were available to make our beach trip even better! Televisions were new and well connected. The pool area was great. One thing that is a little surprising - the house has a total of 3 rental units so the pool is shared. Also, the unit does not have any view of the pool or entrance to the pool - the pool is accessed by walking outside around the house.“

„Had 14 adults in the house and was plenty of room and never felt crowded. Pool area is amazing and found ourselves spending lots of time there. House was well stocked with kitchen items and utensils, however didn’t cook much. Close to stores and attractions, but realize 30min drive to most night spots (Fort Lauderdale, Delray Beach). Great stay, highly recommend!“

„Eine in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Es wurde zwar renoviert aber man hat das Gefühl, dass das Geld ausgegangen ist. Alter Teppich in den Schlafzimmern, Fenster mit Panzer-Tape verklebt, damit diese nicht offen stehen. Umlage eigentlich sehr grün und schön, macht aber einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Positiv: Zimmer war sehr groß und für unsere Zwecke ausreichend. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Leider nur bedingt weiter zu empfehlen. “

„Wir schon 2018 hier und waren recht zu frieden. Leider hat der Inhaber gewechselt und jetzt ist es eine runtergekommene Absteige geworden. Wenn Personal vorhanden wurde nur spanisch gesprochen, sehr runter gekommenes Mobiliar, Zimmerreinigung 35€ und die WLAN Verbindung funktioniert eher selten bis gar nicht...Mussten die erste Nacht im Auto schlafen da wir keine Email mit Zimmercode erhalten haben, lange Diskussionen per Telefon führten dann zum Erfolg. ABSOLUT NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!!! “

„Das Gebäude der Unterkunft wie auch Fahrstühle etc. sehen nicht gerade ansprechend aus und schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Unterkunft selber wird sicher vom Stil her auch nicht jedem gefallen. Sie ist aber als Ferienwohnung hundertprozentig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und das besondere Highlight ist der Balkon mit Blick auf Strand und Meer. Der Strand ist in 20m Laufweite und sehr schön und in der Regel menschenleer. Somit kann man bei dieser Unterkunft schon von einer Rarität ...
