« If I were booking here again I would not get the ocean view because, as nice as it is, it overlooks the docks, which can be very noisy. It's a floating dock and there's an attached piece to it so that can kind of move around depending on the strength of the waves and can be quite loud.
The hotel staff were great. The food was very good. Being able to take the ferry and use the facilities at the sister hotel was very cool. »

« One of the best places I’ve ever stayed! Great location, convenient walk to the wharf and bus/train station.
Meticulously clean, very accommodating and helpful staff , including the owner who drove me to the train station when he noticed I was tired with my heavy luggage.
The breakfasts are very substantial, always featuring fresh fish and the bath (ofuro) very clean with perfect water temperature.
A great place to rest in a quiet fishing “village” by the water, especially if you’ve climbed...
