« Nous avons demandé un thé vers 11:00 pour y accueillir un ami, réponse: “there is no service now”.
Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”.
Déplorable…. Nous n’y retournerons pas »

« Ideally situated close to the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed. Excellent value for money.
Compact room with small double bed, comfortable enough but a bit creaky.
TV, Kettle and fridge in room aswell as a hairdryer.
A few minor issues that could be improved upon are;
TV is ok if you are connecting somwthing to it but the signal for the digital channels is terrible.
There is no mirror next to plug sockets for styling hair etc.
There are only 3 parking spaces and when we were there the first night,...

« Loved the cottage lovely and spacious loved the jacuzzi and log fire .And the welcome pack was lovely.The fridge and freezer were big and there was evrything you needed.Only thing that let it down was the heating it was cold on a morning and evening with no heating on in other rooms .Had to turn oven on to heat the kitchen up.It was hive heating with no instructions on how to use it.Due to this we wouldnt stay again which is a shame because we really enjoyed everything about it »
