« I am so glad I found this place for my family of 5. I had originally planned for 1 bedroom but upon arrival we were greeted with a two bedroom. It could’ve been simply great hospitality from them, or maybe they ran out of rooms, but I was just so grateful. The place was very clean and presentable. For the price, you get a lot of space and a kitchen for your convenience. The hotels near the beach just don’t offer this kind of packaging, and I probably won’t go anywhere else from now on when I...

« Love the property but the spa facial wasn’t so great. I got the $135 spa package for my daughter and I and the massage was great and tranquil, the facial however was a dismal. All they did was put stuff on our face and leave and then a few minutes later come back and take it off and put more stuff on face and then leave and so forth. On top of that, we were suppose to get a 60 minute facial and it ended up being 45 minutes. I told the guy and all they did was discount $5. Like no!!! I rather...

« This was my family‘s first time driving to los Palomas in Mexico, however, the accommodations, the dining options, the professional customer service, and the ease of getting around the facility, beach, and the entire grounds was seamless. The up-to-date and furnished condo was more than sufficient and met our needs. My wife and I look forward to returning here in the near future for yet another stay. »

« Love staying on the ground floor when I have my kids. It’s 15 seconds right down to the pool and right next to the slide. Accommodations were spacious with fully stocked kitchen to cook (grill too) and utility sink in laundry room to wash out sandy clothes etc. nice they had smart tvs in both rooms. Only complaint is that the pull out sofa is extremely uncomfortable. My teen ended up just sleeping on the couch. Could have used a few more blankets too. room »

« Overall everything was great this place feels like home. The people that live or visit are super friendly. The only complaint I have is with the shower caddy hanging on the shower head. It needs to be replaced. It's so rusty it is falling apart. Ok one more thing the TV is way to high, it would be better if they mounted it in the bedroom, just a recommendation »

« Comfortable, secure, very close to plaza and restaurants. The proximity to plaza led to us hearing loud music until the wee hours of the morning because of Easter celebrations. Previous stay this was not an issue. »
