« la literie est très déficiente avec un matelas coton tellement mou et tombant au sol qu'on ne peut pas dormir convenablement. La cuisine mal éclairée (manque néon sous meubles hauts) manque d'éléments élémentaires pour cuisiner : casserole assez grande, ustensiles de cuisine, verres (au moins 4), poêle anti-adhérente, manque de produits d'entretien pour nettoyer la cuisine ...Douche inexistante avec jet minimum sur mur opposé, une pomme de douche reliée à une prise électrique pour chauffer...

« We took on the task of attempting to plan the "Ultimate Ladies Trip" for a group of 13. To support our vision, we needed one of the best villas on St. Thomas and we hit a homerun in choosing Casa De Petrus!!! The villa was considered the highlight of our trip. « Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. Warning, it is hard to find and the driveway is very steep, but she gave us excellent directions and any...

« We decided to take a quick trip to St John for the 4th of July. We wanted someplace close to the action in Cruz Bay, but also something that felt private. Edgewater was a short walk to town and also very secluded. Nora, was an amazing hostess and made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our stay superb.We absolutely loved it there and will definitely return soon. « We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. Not very easy to walk elsewhere if you want to explore...

« We really enjoyed our stay - from the balcony, there was a wonderful view of the tops of the trees that covered the valley behind the house. We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings. »

« Cay Syrah is the perfect place to stay for your family vacation. The view is beautiful. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house is as pictured. We were greeted at the dock by a staff member of Catered To Vacation Homes to lead us to the house. The house was stocked with a complimentary starter kit (snacks, drinks, toiletries) which was nice. I would definitely recommend choosing this location for you next family getaway. »

« The location was perfect as we were able to visit many beaches with the Jeep that we rented then would end our day at this beautiful condo on the beach. Snorkeling at Sapphire beach was amazing. »

« We felt very comfortable during our week stay at the property. Tamika was very receptive and communicative. When we had difficulty deciding which unit was ours, Tamika was there in a flash.The unit was clean and well appointed. The views and sunsets were gorgeous. The location was convenient and quiet at night. During the day, there is more traffic- loud at times. That was the only reason for 4 stars on the location. We would definitely stay there again though. »
