« We had a wonder, albeit brief, stay. The BnB is wonderful!! Cozy and equiped with everything you could ever need. Lovely touches like homemade cookied and muffins for breakfast made it a real treat. Walter, the host, is outstanding, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to avoid the hotels in Durango. »

« This house is on a beautiful property tucked up alongside the mountain. Absolutely beautiful! The house is terrific too! A bit of a drive from town but worth it! Kids had a great time battling each other on the pool table. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Even with a surprise snow storm we felt warm and comfortable in this cute condo. The property was extremely clean, the kitchen had all the equipment, dishes, and clean-up items that we needed, the bed was comfortable, and sitting in the hot tub during a snow storm was a great experience. This unit looks exactly as pictured and described in the listing. The grounds at the lodge are lovely and having access to two swimming pools, and hot tub, and restaurants nearby made our stay so easy and fun....

« The property was great - very clean, nice location, easy check-in, and a garage to park inside. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and wouod recommend to anyine heading to Pagosa. We will definitely return!! Our little dog enjoyed the area as well! »

« We had a great time! There was confusion about early check in so i couldn't get in the house, but that was quickly resolved. The place was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking! »

« This property was a small apartment connected to the family house in a "barndominiam." We met our hosts, Brittany and Kelly. They were gracious and warm and said they were avaliable if we needed anything, but they left us alone to enjoy our stay. The apartment had its own private garage and separate entrance. « Extremely comfortable stay with for 4 adults and 1 kid plus a dog. One of the most well stocked vacation rentals we've stayed in. Really great amenities. We will be back for sure! »

« We've stayed in other condos in this area previously, but this was our favorite. The layout was perfect for our group, and the bed arrangement was wonderful. The hot tub at night was a perfect way to close a long day on the ski slopes. Our family loves Purgatory and plan on staying at this property again! »

« Our overall stay was pleasant. About an hour before arrival we received a text from the property that the previous guests had left the condo in rough shape and wanted to see what our eta was going to be to assure the cleaning crew would be done by then. We had some time to kill in town, so it was not a problem. We checked in at the main property lobby, was given our key, and we drove to our condo. Visually it was clean, but once we started cooking we realized every dish & utensil was dirty....
