« The staff was so incredibly welcoming and kind and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is clean and well decorated for Halloween (even if the clowns were a little bit scary). I loved that the pool had extended hours and it was open until 1 AM. It was nice to go soak in the hot tub after seeing a show at OSF. My only complaint is that the pillows were awful. They were super thin and felt like they were made of paper. The rest of the day more than made up for it. I will definitely be back...

« The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of...

« The manager nearly ran me over coming into the lobby. Not one of the people that worked there knew that the king rooms do not have a bathtub. The so called manager ran around to the empty rooms to check for a bathtub and came back and said she would move me to a queen room. A lower price room with no credit back to me. The next morning when I left she was at the counter and never acknowledged me. No thank you or have a nice day. I will never stay at that hotel again »

« **Bed Bugs** Avoid this motel * My family and I left with multiple bedbug bites after staying one night. It has been 9 days since we stayed here and we are still dealing with the aftermath of bed bug bites. This is not something we've ever dealt with before and it's awful. I contacted the motel via the Expedia app requesting a refund and they did not reply. Expedia contacted them multiple times and were not successful. I should have listened to my intuition during check in to leave, as it...
