« #1 Southern Oregon is footsteps away. We were at the tour start stop withing a 5 minute walk. Our room was very clean and included a good sized mini fridge, A K-cup machine and assorted PODS. More PODS were available in the office. The pool was clean and there were chairs and towels located at the pool. Ice machine worked great. We had breakfast two days. On both days there were juices, coffee, yogurts. muffins, bread/bagel selection, butter/cream cheese/jam, make your own waffles with and stuff...

« I’m not sure how this hotel have such high reviews. The room we stayed in had a faint smelled of animal urine and feces covered up with cleaning products. The chain to draw the shade was hard to use. The hotel overall was very dingy and old. The front desk at check in and check out were great and friendly and was the only good thing. There is a small kitchenette in the room, but there are no utensils/dishes/pots provided. We were only there for one night and it was already late so we didn’t want...

« Room was larger than expected. Instead of one king bed and a fold-out sofa that was expected, there was a second sleeping area with another queen bed. Very comfortable and well suited to three of us staying there. Would definitely go back. Convenient to Oregon Shakespeare Festival which is why we were there. »

« The facility and the room were clean! The front desk staff was friendly and informative. He was also very fast and efficient. Unfortunately, we didn't spend time in the pool or the hot tub but we did take a look at both of them and they appeared to be very well maintained. The pool, sauna, and hot tub hours were great! Not too early and not too late! »

« I had an absolutely terrible stay at this hotel during a wedding trip. The first room I was assigned was horrendous. The toilet didn't work at all, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — stained, covered in putty, and utterly disgusting. The toilet was constantly running, filled with toilet paper, and refused to flush, making the whole experience even more unpleasant.
The front desk clerk was obviously overwhelmed with all the guests, but she was surprisingly attentive...
