« First great location!!! The grounds of the property extends to face the water and at sunset, you can walk out and witness the magnificence. You can walk to Poipu beach from there and then your relaxation begins. It is also within walking/ short drive distance to Poipu restaurants, mall and all that Poipu has to offer! The decor and facility may be a bit dated but it is very well maintained and cleaned. The folks who work there are friendly and courteous. Overall recommend! »

« Such a beautiful home from when you enter and throughout! Extremely spacious, every appliance you could possibly need, dry goods in the pantry, game room was fun! Pool right across the driveway like walking distance, one problem there was is the water to the whole house shut completely off twice. Owner took good care of us and fixed the problem immediately with an app on his phone. Turns out it was a water safety feature that turned on and closed the water lines but the owner detached the system...

« The location was great and peaceful. The condo was super clean. Beds were sooo comfy! »

« We enjoyed our stay very much. The information I received on a regular base in advance from the host/manager was very helpful and useful. Never had so much info in advance elsewhere.We felt very welcome, we celebrated my husband’s retirement and received a super generous gift basket.The house is cosy and we had everything we needed. « This place is amazing. It is in a great location. Perfect for taking walks. Poipu beach is just minutes away. There is a hiking trail that takes you to caves and a hidden beach. It comes with a private deck that is shared with the condo next door. No need to schedule a whale watching tour. You can watch whales breach all day long. The deck overhangs the water below. There are turtles, fish, crabs, all kinds of sea life that is easily visible. Don’t waste your time looking for other places to...

« We had a wonderful stay at Nihi Kai! The condo was clean and had more than enough towels, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. They even provided umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. These were great for the easy walk down to Brennecke and Poipu beaches! »

« The unit was very clean, well appointed with a nice ocean view, easy stroll to Poipu Beach one way or Shipwrecks in the other direction. Plenty of parking, nice quiet location! »

« Very comfortable place with all the amenities. »

« Walking distance to Poipu, although we opted for the short drive to carry snorkeling gear, chairs, et al. Also walking distance to Rim Fire, one of our favorite restaurants. I would rate this specific unit as being one of the best locations on the entire Plantation property. Upstairs, which is a better view and quieter than downstairs. The balcony has an unobstructed view over the lawn to the ocean. »

« We had the most amazing stay! The location was perfect the home was beautiful with the most amazing views. It was clean, enough space for a family of five and love that they have great amenities on site. »

« This place had beautiful views of the ocean. There is no air conditioning, as stated in the descriptiom, but the winds coming in were enough for the main level and second level. The loft was a little toasty even with windows open and a fan. The pictures show a different set up then what the place has for furnishings. This place is on the third level of a complex. There is also three levels to the place, so lots of stairs. The second level has two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms in each. The...

« Perfect house and location for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Hawai‘i. We enjoyed to have three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. The highlight was to sit outside on the lanai even when it was raining. We can recommend this house by 100%. »

« This was a great home for our extended family vacation in Kauai. An easy walk to a number of beaches and a couple of eateries. Management company was very responsive - replacing the grill when it didn’t work properly - and proactive and helpful when the islands were under a tsunami warning.
