« Reception staff have limited English and took almost an hour to check us in as they were unable to find our booking in the system despite presenting the Expedia booking confirmation to them. Bed sheets were stained and there is a club nearby which doesn’t stop making loud music so you don’t get any sleep »

« The villa we booked was not available when we arrived. I had booked and paid months earlier and was extremely upset. The gave us a new duplex which smelt of cement and the shower flooded. The TV was not connected. We got the villa the next day and the TV channels were all Chinese channels. The floor was mopped with a dirty mop as you could see the marks on the bathroom floor. The door to the balcony would not lock and the front door took a long time to open as it was stuck. The restaurant...

« Had a wonderful stay at Grand Whiz Mega Mas Manado. The hotel is very clean and conveniently located right next to the shopping center. The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing with authentic Indonesian flavors (not westernized like most hotels) — really delicious! Also, it’s close to many great food spots in Manado center. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again! »

« Perfect Hilton like mattresses - super comfy!. AC, own bath, nice rooms with cable TV. Super helpful reception, pool, super central with pick up for diving, and above all phantastic warm breakfast buffet, at least 7 daily changing dishes, fresh coffee with fresh milk a rarity in Indonesia, waffles donuts etc for the sweet tooth and super fresh papaya, pineapple, mango and water melon juices and their fruit! »

« Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar. »

« Bruyant avec aucune insonorisation. La chambre donne sur l'axe principal qui est très circulé même la nuit. Pas propre, hormis heureusement les lits Salle de bains très vétuste Climatisation défectueuse On s'attendait à du basique, pour une courte nuit en venant de l'aéroport, mais là on est proche de l'insalubre. »

« Bungalows in direkter Strandnähe. Tauchen und Schnorcheln waren super. Hausriff war genial. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Das Personal war immer freundlich und zugewandt. Alles im allem war es ein sehr guter Urlaub. »
