„The place had the essentials, but . . . The bed took up much of the room, so I bumped my shin against bed frame a couple of times as I moved around the bed to get to the table. Normal TV viewing was unavailable although a monitor was mounted on the wall. The bed seemed squishy and sheets were not fitted, which was somewhat uncomfortable, but did not impede sleep or cause backache. Bed pillow was smelly so I covered it with a spare towel. The kitchen was adequately equipped.“

„Upon arrival, I noticed that the heater in my room was not functioning properly. I immediately reported this issue to the agent, and they assured me that a technician would be sent to address the problem. However, after waiting several hours, on next day no one came to fix the heater, and I had to endure a very cold night. The next day, I followed up with them again, and they promised to send someone to take a look. Regrettably, the heater remained unrepaired for the duration of my stay “

„Multiple issues with this property. The second hey box wouldn’t open, so only had one key. The heat wouldn’t turn off making it very stuffy at all times. The showers had so little pressure they just dripped and we had to wash hair in sinks. The basement one was the worst. Location is great. It’s a quiet street but walkable to much. Adequate space and bedrooms. However the property needs much work and good luck if you need help- no one returned my call from the first night we arrived. “

„Nous avions loué sur Fulham road et nous étions au 30 Gunter Grove Nous étions 4 et nous avions réservé en conséquence un logement avec 1 lit double dans 1 chambre, 1 lit simple dans une chambre … jusque là conforme mais il manquait 2 canapé 1 place convertible comme précisé… et 1 matelas gonflable creuveé … uns solution de remplacement trouvée 3 jours après !! Regrettable“
