„Restaurant und Bar geschlossen und keine Info dazu bei Buchung bzw. vorab. Wenigstens Kaffee könnte man am Morgen anbieten. Die Terasse am Pool war teilweise eine abgesperrte Baustelle. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein und hellhörig. In der Zimmerwand war ein Lautsprecher eingebaut aus dem nachts immer wieder laute Geräusche und unverständliche Ansagen kamen.“

„Ich hatte einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Alles war super – das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt, alles war gut erreichbar. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: der inbegriffene Parkplatz. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!“

„The condo is beautifully appointed with modern finishes and we could not have asked for a better location! Walking distance to so many restaurants, shopping and Dinner Key Marina. The Miami Vacation Rental team was very responsive to any questions that arose during our stay. And as an added bonus, we saw manatees in the Marina! “

„The communication was top notch start to finish, Welcome refreshments, easy check in, Super Value @ a luxury property. Close to U of Miami & lots of walkable dining and shopping destinations. Property was in excellent condition & I felt safe entire time. Cleaning staff and property /hotel staff professional and 24 hours. Great for Miami/Coral Gables if a female traveling alone. „Everything about our stay was perfect!! Great communication from host…easy check in…place was amazing and the view you cannot get enough of!Great location to walk to shops and restaurants…can’t say enough good things about our stay there!!!“

„My wife and I have stayed at the Arya numerous times. We've kept coming back due to the cleanliness, location, and reasonable pricing for our stay. The only slight inconvenience this time was on the 1st day. The faub's were not working so we needed to take the service elevator to our room and we needed security to open the gate for us to access the parking garage. By the 2nd day, things were corrected and we had no other issues. I would certainly recommend a stay at the Arya.“
