« Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful. When we tested the door lock they sent a janitor to “unlock” the door with a screwdriver. The pool was dirty, hot tub was not working, the ice machine looked like it had some sort of nasty leakage. « Although the room appeared clean it really wasn’t. We found another guests owala bottle floating around under the dresser. No waste bags, two tissues in the tissue box and no body wash in the shower. I switched out the body was from the sink with the empty bottle, but funny enough we left a do not disturb sign outside yet someone came in and refilled the bottles but didn’t bother making the beds or anything. So why have the sign up if you’re going to go into the room while we are out. There was...
