Hôtels 3 étoiles à Gries - Quirein, Bolzano

« We enjoyed the lovely breakfast with eggs and the dinner with a lot of fresh vegetables. Hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful to check out local bus and schedule for us. Thank you very much!! There was only one umbrella for us to borrow. Wish you had more like other hotels. »

« Cet hôtel est typique dans son jus. Le personnel est très sympathique et chaleureux. »

« Personnel bienveillant, parfaitement situé, excellent petit-déjeuner ; logement propre ; lieu convivial. Merci »

« A lovely, peaceful hotel in an excellent location, with great amenities. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were attentive. The only disappointment was the housekeeping: the same pillowcases and duvet cover were put back on when the bed was made, rather than being replaced with fresh linen and that was for the full 3 days we stayed there. »

« Excellent location, easy check in with convenient parking garage available for a very reasonable extra fee. Overall very clean throughout. They served the perfect (included) breakfast and the hostess was very kind. The only notable is that the bed and linens could be upgraded for a more comfortable sleep. Otherwise it was a good stay. »

10/10 bravo »

« Our experience at Hotel Steiner was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the main reasons we specifically chose this hotel was air conditioning, yet it did not work properly for a significant portion of our stay. Whenever we contacted the staff with a question or problem, they seemed unsure how to help and the response was almost always, “We will call you back.” To their credit, they usually did call back, but unfortunately the follow-up rarely provided an actual solution or a clear answer...

« Wonderful experience, very kind staff and helpful. Great for solo travel! »

« It’s truly a self-service hotel. There is no receptionist and no staff on site; we only saw the manager from time to time. There is no food service, and not even a microwave oven available for guests to use. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, which makes the lack of staff and facilities even more inconvenient. We were honestly quite shocked to find a hotel like this. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never experienced anything quite like it. »
