„The staff was good, the place was good, all the other things were good, but the Thalassery restaurant had fewer people in the staff; the staff member who was taking the order was the one who was preparing it. I think he might be getting a salary for waiter and chef both! Therefore, the wait for breakfast doubled; it took an hour for the order to come to the table. Also, one thing is that the restaurant is inside the hotel, and breakfast starts at 8.30 am not sharp.“

Plenty of small and medium sized birds can be seen in and around the property. Breakfast prepared by the staff was very good and homely and the rooms are well maintained. The access to the property is steep, narrow and the terrain is little rugged, so be prepared and experience is needed to get to the ...

„We had an incredible stay at this property! The mountain views right from our room were breathtaking, and the entire staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. A special mention to Dipen and his wife, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the home-cooked food was absolutely delicious. We loved the experience so much that we decided to extend our stay!“
