« This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was amazing and greeted us each time we walked in the doors. While not necessary it did give us the opportunity to ask for extra towels etc without feeling like a burden. The hotel was very clean and the pool was fabulous! We will be back, nothing better if your visiting birch bay. BB hotels aren’t this nice. »

« Easily the most relaxing and fun stay we had on our journey from Alaska. The entire staff was so friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It’s amazing how pet-friendly this hotel was- never seen anything like it before! And everyone interacts with the fur-guests, too! My room was very spacious, clean, and we had fun exploring Bellingham and found the coolest park nearby with a ton of walking trails and green space for my pup to play. « Stayed here one night and it was such a smooth stay. Didn't need to even see a staff the whole time. Check in code was given beforehand and everything was so easy. Had an early morning ferry when we left, and it was nice to be able to make a free coffee and fill water bottles with ice and water before taking off. No a/c but it room was pretty cool at night with windows open. »
