Shef customised food as per our choice and took regular feedback. They had taken care every request we made. Front office executives ensure a smooth check in and send us route guide and confirmation prior to our arrival. Truly professional but personalised attitude makes the positive difference. »

« Excellent staff. Right from the check in till the check out, everyone was so welcoming. At the reception, restaurants, house keeping, every one was smiling. A special thanks to the travel desk for arranging our tour from Shimla-Manali-Delhi. The driver (Bunty) was very expert. He guided us very well. Very honestly. It was our first stay with Club Mahindra and the experience was awesome so I would love to stay at club mahindra whenever I plan my holidays in future wherever it's available. »

« This property is made really tastefully and located so damn well.it is just in the lap of nature. Place at night looks so out of the world with all the pine trees , breeze ,nip in the air and yellow lights. It is the perfect combination of nature meet art. Staff was very very good every single one of them. Superb view from observation point is awesome. I would go again for sure. Excellent food. »

« The views from the property are incredible. The breakfast is great. The other meals are great. Service is great too. Only two things I did not like: ONE: There was a very low wifi signal in the room and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone who needs to work and as cell phone signals at the property are low too. TWO: The bathroom exhaust did not fundtion. So the smell remained in the bathroom for a LONG time. »

« I like the view from my balcony, the most expensive view . The room is clean. The front dest team are very helpful as well as kitchen team. They are very helpful and friendly. Grooming tip top., clean and very organized »
