« POSITIVE: Excellent stay as a family with young kids - we were upgraded to a spacious (two-bedroom) apartment at check-in, such a lovely surprise! From our balcony, we could spot the Matterhorn - amazing view! Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, fridge and dishwasher but not the basic condiments. Staff were friendly, and the onsite restaurants/shops added great convenience (slightly pricier but worth it). Breakfast was simple but high quality - hot eggs/ bacons/ sausages and hot drinks were...

:
• Spacious
• Clean
• Friendly staff
• Quality equipment
-:
• Our room was facing the restaurant terrace, which was relatively noisy in the evening due to the music… this was particularly problematic as we have a baby.
