« We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. « My stay in Green Mansions was just phenomenal. I constantly forgot I was in Chitwan as the hotel was so much more gorgeous and beautifully designed than many 5 star hotels in the big cities. You could tell the owner has great taste and aesthetics. « We had quite a bad experience staying three nights at the Jungle Villa Resort. At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful. A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests.
