« My second stay in a waterfront hotel in Cebu, and I must admit that both stays were very disappointing. The hotels are rundown and dark. The carpeting is old and dirty and the rooms look like they were made for a Martin Scorsese film set depicting a rundown casino hotel. The icing on the cake is the lack of trust the management imposes on their employees. From the call to remind me to check out well before checkout time to the double checking of our minibar consumption, the lack of trust in the...

« Front desk staff was really welcoming and very helpful.
We appreciate that our room was upgraded due to some problems, however in the bathroom the ceiling was leaking and yellow water was dripping to the toilet seat. The shower pressure was weak.
Overall we enjoyed our stay because of the friendly staff! The view was amazing from our window and the swimming pool was great. »

« The staff was great, especially Rubin. The location, across the street from Park Mall, is great. But the plumbing needs maintenance. The hot water was not consistent, but not as important in the hot weather year round here, and my first room did not have a p-trap under the bathroom sink. The staff did there best to address my concerns.
If they fix this things I'll stay here again. »
