« The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms are very spacious and clean and so close to almost everything. »

« Bathrooms were clean and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were hooks to hang the wet towels and plenty of space to place all my bags without having to put them on the floor. Felt safe with the gated parking and front doors lock after hours with key access only. Nothing was broken in the room and the beds were extremely comfortable with firm and soft pillow options. « The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee. « They have free parking garage exclusively for guests. They give you two free drinks in the evening and snacks as well. Staff is really friendly, and price is good. »

« I was pretty disappointed in the cleanliness of the room and lack of staff. Breakfast was limited and very little. When i needed fresh towels or assistance from the front desk I would have to go down and get the items and still had to wait for a staff member to show up. It was definitely a convenient location for what we were there for. Would suggest updating the furniture and having an outside cleaning crew to do a thorough cleaning. Thank you »

« The hotel was minutes away from the airport, which was very convenient for us. Many restaurants and stores nearby. The property was clean, and the staff were all nice. Plenty of free parking space. We will definitely be staying here again whenever we come back to San Antonio. »
