« The location was good and the apartment was clean. The air conditioner didn’t work (looked like it hadn’t worked for a long time), so we needed to keep the windows open to stay cool, unfortunately that meant a good bit of sirens, car alarms, etc.,, every night. In a 3 night stay never had a shower warmer than body temperature and had to reach out to the management company a couple times to get clean towels / toilet paper. The ocean view in the description didn’t exist. Would stay somewhere...

« I arrived just after midnight after a very long trip (over 8 hours). When I arrived nobody was there to meet me, and no prior communication was made After I called the contact number listed, they told me that my room was not ready because of some water damage issue. In fact they canceled my reservation without even informing me prior to my arrival. Around 1:00 AM (My wife and I are very tired, we do not speak Spanish, and this is our first visit to Peru) the lady said she reserved another...
