The private fishing dock allows for perfect access to catfish, bluegill, large mouth bass and crappie.
Blue Herons, Egrets, osprey, ducks and geese are some of the magnificent birds that populate this lake.

Jet's Landing is a small convenience store and is located on the lake and accessible by boat or vehicle. Gas, food and ice are available. It is a 5 minute drive from the property and a quick boat ride to the store dock.

Crawford's Country Store is a 7 minute drive for fishing gear/bait, groceries and gasoline. A Dollar General is directly across the road from Crawford's.

The town of Iva is a 17 minute drive and features a market, restaurants and gas stations.
Downtown Anderson is a 30 minute drive to restaurants and shopping.
Clemson University is under an hour's drive from Lake Secession.
