The Space:

Set within La Isla Residences, one of Playa Diamante's resort-style complexes, this 1,500 sq ft apartment pairs the ease of a home with the rhythm of a beach resort. It sleeps up to 8 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.



Living & dining: An open, air-conditioned living area with ceiling fans, a smart TV with streaming, and a dining table for shared meals. The sofa bed here adds space for extra guests.

Bedroom 1: Two double beds and a private en-suite bathroom — a calm retreat with room-darkening shades for slow mornings.

Bedroom 2: One double bed plus a bunk bed, ideal for kids or friends traveling together.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for real cooking — oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and wine glasses.

Balcony: Step out to your private balcony with outdoor seating and garden views, made for morning coffee or an easy sunset drink.

Comfort & practicalities: Washer and dryer, Wi-Fi and Ethernet, hair dryer, iron, safe, extra pillows and blankets, plus fresh linens and towels.

Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire apartment, as well as the property's shared amenities and common areas.

The complex has controlled access: all guests must be registered in advance with full names, and the reservation holder must present an official ID at reception upon arrival. Keys and access cards are handed over at check-in. The apartment includes 2 parking spaces; if you're arriving by car, vehicle details must be shared in advance. The building has an elevator.



The Neighborhood:

Playa Diamante is Acapulco's newer, more relaxed face — long stretches of open sand, wide Pacific sunsets and a resort pace that suits families and groups who want room to unwind. La Isla Residences sits right beside La Isla Shopping Village, so dinner, groceries and an evening stroll are all close at hand, while the private beach, pools and gardens keep most days blissfully car-free. When you're ready to explore, the calm waters of Puerto Marqués and the open shoreline of Barra Vieja are an easy drive away.

Inside the complex, the beach, pools, gym and restaurants are all within walking distance, and La Isla Shopping Village is right next door. To explore beyond Playa Diamante, you can choose between:

- Car rental: available at the airport; with 2 parking spaces included, it's the most flexible way to explore

- Authorized airport transportation: official taxis and shuttles available right at arrivals

- Taxis and rideshare apps: a practical option for getting around town, such as a trip to the Costera Miguel Alemán and the traditional bay (approx. 25–30 min)

For day trips to Puerto Marqués, Playa Revolcadero or Barra Vieja, a car or taxi is the easiest choice.

- Check-in begins at 3:00 PM local time.

- Checkout is at 12:00 PM local time.

- To ensure a smooth arrival for incoming guests, please honor the checkout time.

- Unauthorized late checkouts will incur an additional fee.

- The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome to stay as part of the group.

Keep in Mind (House Rules)

- Parties, smoking, or loud gatherings aren't permitted.

- Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM.

- Barbecues are not permitted in the complex.

- Pets are welcome with prior authorization (up to 2 small or medium pets); a refundable deposit and a daily deep-cleaning fee apply.

- The complex provides a maximum of 8 access wristbands.

- Some resort services, such as spa treatments and restaurant purchases, carry an additional cost.

- Stays longer than 4 days include an intermediate cleaning.



Online Check-In and Verification

- Once you complete your online check-in, you'll receive the instructions to access the property.

- A simple rental agreement ensures clarity and ease; by completing your reservation you agree to our rental terms and conditions.

- To meet legal and building security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact info, complete our verification portal and, in some cases, a background check.
