Your comment about the property being dated is being addressed currently, as we have begun to refurbish both rooms and public areas. Unfortunately, it does take longer to accomplish in a working hotel that it would for a new build, but I assure you that we are working on it. We are currently busy with substantial refurbishment and construction work at the hotel, which is the reason for the construction debris at the hotel entrance. We offer a pick-up from the airport, whether for local or international flights, but these have to be booked with reception prior to arrival. Please can you confirm that you requested a transfer so that I can investigate what went wrong.Our check-in time is from 2pm, and whilst we do check early arrivals into their rooms as soon as possible, the availability of rooms for early check-in is based on the previous nights' occupancy.
