„Freundliches, kompetentes Personal!

„Property was hardly finished, cleaning service was available by requests numerous requests.staff was friendly and understanding. The hotel was supposed to be a pet friendly, but somehow we got pressure from other tenets and staff was trying to please them, which was big drawback for us. Overall I wouldn’t recommend the place if you traveling with pets.“

„Hotel is not on Google maps, hotels.com coordinates are in a river. When I tried to call them, they hung up because I spoke English and thereafter denied my calls. Money out the window. Had to book another hotel“

„Ok“

„It's a nice guest house. Everything excellent. It's clean and convenient to stay with kids. There is kitchen. You can prepare your food if you are tired of the Georgian food.“

„Clean room and pretty property. Off season so maybe that is why they did not have heat. No coffee in room. Breakfast was ok. Too far away from everything. The other properties I stayed at in Georgia have been much better. “

„STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable.“
